Beginner needs help with installation. The computer will not recognize the
device after being plugged into the YSB Port. What next?
 
Check the USB port to make sure it is active.
Did you use the installation CD and Quickstart guide?
Make sure you have fresh batteries inserted and that the unit is
turned on.
