Same Windows Update Keeps Installing

Automatic Updates on my XP keeps downloading the same update and
installing it. The update has been installed about 10 times now and i
need help. Can someone help me please?!?!

When posting,give more infotmation about any error messages,what is your SP
for Win XP,firewall,AV,stuff like that.What had happened ...

There are no error messages i dont know what sp is i have a Pc-cillin
firewall, dont know what av is and i dont know what more you need it
just keeps downloading and installing the sape update
