Same Issue - Cannot Delete a message or move it from Outbox

I have tried Steve Cochran's approach to no avail. Is it possible to simply
uninstall Windows messenger and goto Microsoft's website and reinstall the
program and start over? If so, where can I find Windows Mail on Microsoft's
downloads?
