CANNOT DELETE OR SEND one particular EMAIL IN OUTBOX

Hi,

I have a letter stuck in outbox of windows mail. I cannot send it or
delete it.
When trying to display it i get the following message:-

Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try
again.

When trying to send it I get the following message:-

..The message could not be sent, an error has occured.

My question is how do I delete email from outbox, as I keep getting
notices to the effect do you want to send messages in outbox?

It is annoying.

Thanks

Roger

Meteore: I have a similar file and have contacted HP and Microsoft to seek
help and they have been unable to assist me. I am interested if you are
willing to share the file name - the one that is causing me issue is "ramasmy
at kent.k12" at of course is the ampersand but I did not want to create a web
address just incase. It appears that the risk may be in the dialogue box that
opens whenever you attempt to delete it, it has the "Get help from
communities" button as though by clicking it you may be taken off to some
undesireable site.

does anyone have a solution??

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"
