Same Emails Repeat Load in Inbox

Win XP/Outlook 03/NOD32 AV/ Today I Continue to Receive duplicates of emails
from 2 friends that repeat after sending to Deleted Items- One email is one I
recd yesterday, Forwarded to a friend, he Replied back--It is his Reply back
that keeps loading--; 2nd is email direct from a friend that keeps loading
after Deleted--Which App is best to run to check out if problem is me, ISP,
email I Forwarded from yesterday, etc.

There are 3 duplicates of an Email in Junk Email also, and two fresh email in
Junk-Will see if they Duplicate too- Running NOD32 AV now-
