I recently switched to outlook from Yahoo email. In yahoo I had multiple
addresses that I could respond with to an incoming email depending on whetehr
it is business or friends. Since all email was forwarded through yahoo it
was my only inbox. Each time in the new outlook I try to set up a profile it
keeps wanting to connect to the mail server. Can I get a profile without
having to know the server info? I would like to keep the yahoo as my single
forwarding inbox.

fake it - use mail or fake domain for the server names. Then set the send and recive settings to never check those accounts.
