safe senders list has @yahoo.com but can't get email from yahoo

I have done everything I can in Tools Junk Mail options to list all yahoo
addresses and @yahoo.com to be recognized as safe senders. The emails don't
even go into Junk mail so I am not sure why yahoo addresses are not
recognized. Please help!
 
Do the messages show up when you login to your web based mailbox?
 
In that case Outlook isn't your issue and the messages are being dropped
earlier.
 
Yes, you can run some tests with them where you send emails from yahoo and
check your web based mail client and see if the messages arrive.
