Safe Sender/Safe Recipient email going to Junk mail.

In Outlook 2007, why would email go to the Junk mail folder even if an email
address and/or domain are on the safe recipient/safe sender list? Thanks in
advance.

Then it's hard to tell without any additional configuration information. It
could also be caused by a third party anti-malware tool that you have
installed like a Norton or McAfee security suite.

Do you know if Outlook enforces some type of maximum number of strings
(replies) back and forth before it tries to label something as spam?
