Safe Mode

I have recently installed Windows Vista On my PC. Someone changed my
password and I would like to know how to go into safe mode to change it back.
Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

SAFE MODE IS F8 that is what you wanted to know<how to enter safe mode?>
