Runtime error

I have the exact same problem as posted by Marty -

On the first time executing Outlook 2002 I get -
""Runtime Error
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\OUTLOOK.EXE
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.""

Second time executing - no problem

It also just started the day I upgraded from NIS 2003 to
2004. Reinstalling XP Office Small Business did not work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Here's the great response I got from Symantec:

Martin, I understand your concerns related to the issue.
Please note that, this issue has been reported to
Symantec Technical Support, but we have not been able to
reproduce the issue. The cause is not known, and there is
no solution at this time.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

Ditto to all that.

XP with all patches, Outlook 2002, just upgraded to NIS 2004, "This
application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way,"
works fine the second time, etc.

I'll log it with Symantec. And I wasn't going to upgrade, but I
changed my mind. That will teach me.
