Runtime Error

Sometimes when I click on a link or a pop-up message comes
on, I get a an error message. It says Runtime Error
Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\IEXPLORE.EXE
abnormal program termination. The when I click OK, it
closes all my IE windows that are open. I also can not
view the page that this message appears on. How can I fix
this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.
