Runtime Error (No other posts helped me)

This morning I was removing some old programs and now when I try to reply or
create emails in Outlook 2002 I get this Runtime error. I don't have any
antivirus software installed, which seems to be the usual problem. I've tried
the repair options twice with no luck. Are there any other fixes?

I've tried cleaning the logs, scanning the pst file, and just about
everything I've read on the post. Nothing helps.

Did you use Google Groups to search through the Outlook groups for this
problem? I know I've seen it posted before, though I don't recall any
specific solution.

Also, did you search the Microsoft Knowledgebase?
