Runtime error 216 at 013F3812

I've searched all the Knowledge Base and even Google and
haven't found this one, which occurs often when exiting
IE6 (latest version, all updates, all Windows updates
done).

I've done comprehensive scanning with the latest Symantec
Norton Antivirus with the latest definitions.

Any ideas?

I am running Windows XP (Home Edition). Before the
Runtime error I receive this:

The instruction at "0x013f3812" referenced memory
at "0x014b28cc". The memory could not be "read". Click on
OK to terminate the program.
::::::::::::

Could this a problem with my physical memory?
