runtime c++ error

My outlook program will give me a "microsoft visual C++ runtime library
error" when starting the program. It will download the new email but I
cannot view it in any way.
Have looked in all the places I know of but still cant fix the problem.
Any suggestions?

What version of Outlook are you using?
