Running a rule on a 'shared' mailbox

Hi all
WinServer 2003, Exchange2003, Outlook 2003. I have a 'dummy' user
configured with a mailbox accessed by various people. However, I need a rule
that replies to every message with a standard message.

Thinking I would need to set-up a rule I did this, but of course then
someone needs to login as that user as it is a client-side rule - any easier
ways of doing this, as the mailbox is simply added to most peoples personal
mailbox in outlook and the rule won't run like that. Also, then I have to
copy the email template around to everyones PC who needs it. Time consuming
and it seems an illogical way of doing things.
Has anyone got a better idea?
Thanks for the help!

Start Outlook with a profile that logs directly into that mailbox and create a rule with the "have server reply" action.
