Rundll32.exe still running

I had a spyware problem recently, but got it cleared up by using
Adaware,SpyBot and Spysweeper, and using 2 virus programs as well and no
problems found. However every time I boot up now, rundll32.exe is running in
the task manager processes list. I've searched the registry and checked
everything I know ... but can't see any reason that it's running. It never
did before the problem. Any ideas?
Thanx ,

Try clean boot troubleshooting to see if you can identify which program
it is:

Rundll32 runs dynamic linked files and which can be used from a
variety of programs. If you are using Nvidia's software then that may be
one of the possible causes.
