RUNDLL

When my wife tries to delete her Temporary Internet Files via Control Panel,
Internet options,Delete temporary files, a diologue box comes up warning the
following: An exception occurred while trying to run
"C\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll, control_RunDLL
"C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\inetcpl.cpl, internet options.

The files cannot be deleted.
We have also tried Disc Clean-up and that does not appear to work either.
Everything else seems normal.
We have tried 'Restore' to a date six weeks ago but that has not helped
either.

When I try the same task on my side of the computer it works fine and
temp.internet files can be deleted.

Can anybody out there help us?
Thanks,
Chris

Try typing SFC /SCANNOW on the Start-Run line,
Have your XP CD handy to install for reference,
This will replace any files missing or corrupt.
