RUNDLL Message Box

When I invoke IE Explorer, a Message Box pops up with the
message,
An exception occurred when trying to
run "D:\WINDOWS\system32\btiein.dll,Download"

Any suggestions on how to fix this from occurring?

My OS is Windows XP Professional Edition.
My version of IE is
Version: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
Cipher Strength: 128-bit
