IE 6 not recognized when trying to download patch

I received an e-mail telling me to download the November
2003, cumulative patch. I tried to do this. First I
clicked IE6 SP1 (not the 64-bit) because my version says I
have IE6 with the SP1 update. I got a message telling me I
needed to have IE6 SP1. So I tried clicking just the IE 6
link. It told me I needed to have IE6. Whats going on?
Here is what I have:
Version: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633IC
Cipher strength: 128-bit
Update Versions:; SP1; Q822925;Q330994; Q828750; Q824145

You already have the November patch, Q824145. That's what the poorly worded
message meant.
