Run Time Error #53

When my computer has been on for awhile and hasn't been
used I get from one to three Error Messages:

Run Time Error 53

File not found

What causes it? There is no file on my computer by the
name listed in the error message. Was this created by a
virsu? I have Norton Anti Virus installed and its virus
definitions are up to date and I can find no viruses.

the error is usually because a required file being called
is missing. See if you can determine what program is
calling for the file and reinstall that program - assuming
it worked before. The fact you can't find the file is
evidence that it is missing.
