PXE boot errors - No boot filename rcvd and TFTP open timeout

Got a laptop running windows 2000 server which we use as a pxe boot
server and it used to work fine.

However, client PC was getting PXE-53 No boot filename recieved
errors. I noticed that remoteinstall directory wasnt shared (it should
be shouldnt it?) so shared it.

Now I get a different message - PXE-E32 TFTP open timeout

Any ideas?
