Run a DLL as an App Has encountrerd a problem

Im getting "Run a DLL as an App has encounterd a problem and needs to
close. " on start up. I cant access any Systems tools, Add/remove
programs, etc. Heres whats in the error message:

AppName: rundll32.exe Appvers: 5.1.2600.2180 ModName:imagehlp.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset : 000041b1

I downloaded imagehlp.dll but after unzipping, when I try and install I
get the same message.
Any ideas out there?
