I am using WinXP Pro Service Pack 1.

Whenver I click on my screensaver TAB in Display
Properties, I get an error:

Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs
to close.

This only happens when I click the screensaver tab. I
can install different screensavers through installation
utilities, but I can't add/remove/change anything to do
with them.

Screensavers display on my machine after 10 minutes of
inactivity, and I am required to enter a password to
return to windows.

I really need to be able to change the screensaver. Any
help would be awesome.

Re-install your display drivers.

Thanks, but I've tried that already. In fact, this is a
totally new video card from when it started happening
originally.

Remove graphics drivers properly (via add/remove programs) then load the
Microsoft driver for your graphics card reboot with that loaded then
re-install your graphics drivers.
