Screensaver error message

Hello, I installed a beautiful screensaver and while it correctly shows up,
and it intermittently changes to the page with the owner's name, more times
than not a popup message says:

"Multiple Media Fusion Screensaver encountered a problem and needs to close.
Tell Microsoft about this problem." I tell MS all the time but nothing
happens... :)

It also intermittently shows a plain black screen instead of either the
picture or owner's name.

Is there a solution to the error message and the irregular appearance of the
SS?

Thank you for suggestion.) Adela

Adela,

Feed this info back to the creator of the screensaver

Be careful with screensavers as they aren't free most of the time for
nothing. Maybe they come with adware etc.

Thank you Spamcop. I did contact the creator and he said to try another one
he sent me. It worked for a short time then it started it again. I hate to
contact him again but I'll have to do it. In his website he assured and
certified that he's free of spam, etc. so I hope it is so ) Thanks
again. Adela
