Windows Free 3D Screensaver

I had doawnloaded the free windows 3D screensaver and it was working great. I
decided to choose another screensaver for a diffrent look. Then I wanted to
use the windows free3D screensaver again and I could not get it. I got a
message saying:

"Could not find any compatible direct 3D devices". In that little preview
box under screensavers.

I went back to widows and re-downloaded the free 3D screensaver and it's
seems to download again but I get that same message again so now I can't
enjoy the windows free 3D screensaver anymore. I don't know what
happened......

Can some PLEASE tell me what happened and how I can get my windows free 3D
screensaver to work again.....

Right-click on your desktop and select:
Properties > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot
and move the Hardware Acceleration slider to "Full",
then click "Apply".

Afterward, right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Setting and adjust your Screen Resolution
settings, then select "Highest (32 bit) Color Quality setting,
and click "apply".

I followed your advice step by step which was really easy to understand thank
you. I'm sorry to say it did not work. It's strange because all the other 3D
screen savers work fine like "Flower Box" "3D Pipes" 3D flying
Objects"Amazing Windows 3D" etc. For some reason that " Free Windows XP 3D
doanload won't work.... I'm baffled! This is a tuff one to figure out. Any
other ideas.....

Thank you everyone for your volunteer work you do to help out people like
me. So much appreciated. BRAVO!

the screensaver is looking for "directx" drivers ...go to "start" click on
"run"and type "dxdiag" ...that will tell you if they are installed and if
there may be a problem.

let us know:>
 
Download and install the latest DirectX drivers:
