Rumors about Microsoft Windows 8 release RTM in April 2012

Dear All,

There are lot of rumors and news regarding that Windows 8 may RTM in
April 2012.

Firstly is Microsoft’s Dutch site revealed by mistake in Oct, 2010
that it will take around 2 years before Windows 8 is available on
market, continue with Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer mentioned that next
generation of Windows operating systems will release next year and now
Mary-Jo Foley from ZDNet who are veteran Microsoft reporter is
published a breaking news about Windows 8 to RTM in April 2012.

Mary-Jo Foley mentioned in the article that there will be Beta release
(not a pre-beta or preview) around the time of BUILD conference in mid
of September 2011 and Microsoft will deliver RC (Release Candidate) in
January 2012 followed by RTM.

Jo Foley adds that April is good for Microsoft’s partners and
customers to deliver an operating system that will be optimized touch
tablets. Additionally, Microsoft and its OEMs being able to deliver
Windows 8 PCs and tablets in time for holiday 2012 and ready for the
back-to-school market.

Heard about this some time ago, but this is an XP group ... I still like and
PREFER *XP*!
Installed W7 only out of necessity, don't care for it so I multi-boot, use
XP 95% of the time.
If W8 didn't come out for another 10 years I think the WORLD would be better
off!
Seems simple minded hedonistic people have become MAD grasping for ANYTHING
'newer'.
Ridiculous.

You must be the only mad dog on this planet. If Windows 8 didn't come
out how will Microshit make money and how will dossers like Nil and
Vanguard spend their time? They need somewhere to spend their time
because they have reached a stage in life where it is simply not worth
living anymore because nobody wants to hire them.
