Rules X Invites

Hi!

I have a customer that's having the following problem: He set up some rules
as "when a message from someone arrive deliver to a specific folder "x"". The
problem is that when he receives an invite, it goes to the right folder and
when he accepts the invite, instead of it be scheduled in the mailbox
calendar, was created a second calendar inside of the personal folders and
then he has to manage both calendars. But this is not happening for all
personal folders. It's started after he rename some folders.

We are using Exchange server and the client is Outlook 2003.
I didn't have this problem in the older versions.

This is a "bug" or a new feature from Outlook 2K3?
Is there some way to set up the default calendar? How to do it?

Thanks in advanced!

If the user has his delivery set to the Exchange mailbox but moves the item
to personal folders, it will be accepted in the Personal Folders calendar.
The way to manage this is to set an exception about meeting invitations in
rules to except this from the move statement that causes mail from the
sender to be moved to personal folders.

Ok, Thank you, I wll inform the customer to do it! But do you have any idea
about why it doesn't happen to other pst files?
