Forwarding of calendar invites

How can I prevent forwarding of calendar invites? For example, I invite John
Smith to a meeting and he forwards it to Tom Anderson. Tom can then accept
the invite and he shows on the invitee list, when he was not invited.

You can't, really, without WIndows Server 2003, Exchange, and the
Information Rights Management application.
