Rules -- moving emails to a personal folder based on date received

Would like to automatically move messages from the exchange mailbox to a
personal folder after the message is 2 days old. Would also like to do the
same for sent messages.

Is this possible?

Need to find an automated solution for managing mailbox storage limits as we
get 300+ emails per day and it is time consuming to do it manually and
impossible to do when traveling. Don't like to move them automatically when
traveling because the messages then do not appear on the blackberry.

Is there the autoarchive function in Outlook with exchange accounts?
