Rules - just created them and can't find them!

Hello,
I am assigning rules to sort my email and need to know whether the Rules
Wizard is your only place to view all the rules you've created. I had all
of my email already sorted into folders and was creating rules for Outlook
to automatically move new messages to relevant folders. The Rules Wizard is
only displaying the first bunch of rules that I've created; I can't find the
ones I made a few minutes ago. What is going on here? If there is a
different way to view your rules list, perhaps the new rules are hidden in
there.
TIA

At first I thought that perhaps the rules wizard is only listing rules I
created to move messages that were in the inbox; then I checked the list,
and it shows rules I created from emails that I had already manually moved
into their appropriate folders. In other words, the location of the email
prior to clicking on "create a rule to move new messages from xxx" did not
make a difference. Please help!

Rules work only when messages arrive in the Inbox or when they set sent to
the Outbox. Rules will execute on items in other folders only when run
manually.
