Rules in Windows Mail

I established a rule (mail from given address goes to given folder). After I
ran it, it was functionning, but after closing the Windows Mail the rule
disappeared. Can somebody help me?

The rules are set in the registry (see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx). A
number of antispyware products lock the registry, so that is probably why
the rules aren't "sticking". Try disabling the antispyware and then see if
it works. Note that this is NOT an issue with Windows Defender.
