Reversing e-mail rule

How do you reverse or un-do a rule established in windows mail?
 
That is 2 questions.
Tools > Message Rules > Mails > click either Modify to make changes, or,
click Remove to erase the rule > OK or Save Rule

To remove a rule...
Tools - Message Rules - Mail...
highlight the rule
click on "Remove"
