Windows mail Rule problem

Hi,

Recently i have formatted my Vista OS(Laptop),before that I have taken all
my required backups.After reninstallion of Vista OS, I have restored all my
backup which includes my email settinga nd mail folder and Rules.
The problem iam facing is after restoring my Rules in windows mail, the
mails are not comming to the respective folder , the way mentioned in rules,
but after restoring iam able to see all my rules.

can any one help me on this issue
