HOW DO I RUN MY RULES I HAVE CREATED FOR MY OUT-GOING MAILS TO RUN
AUTOMATICALLY, AS MY RULES FOR MY IN-COMING MAILS SEEMS TO BE RUNNING
PERFECTLY EVERYTIME AND I HAVE TO MANUALLY RUN MY RULES FOR MY SEND EMAILS ?

What do these rules do?
