rules dont work

I create some rules on outlook XP. All of them are correct; but when i
receive new mail that goes to my inbox. when i open tools--rules wizard that
mail goes to correct folder; otherwise that wait in inbox . How can i solve
this problem?

If you do a search for RULES under this message base you will see there are
dozens of people that are having the same problem (including me).

This is a major bug and a major pain in the ass, but the MS support people
here are ignoring all these messages. Sorry for the bad news.

Since there aren't any Microsoft support people here, as a rule, this is a
false statement.
