rules don't work in outlook 2007

Hi

i have created several rules that attibute catgories to my incoming
mail. In the prevous version those rules were activated when i started
outlook.
Now i have to activate these rules manually . Then they work
correctly.

Does anyone know what i have to do?

If this happened to me, I'd export the rules, start Outlook once with the
/cleanrules command switch, then import the saved rules and see if that made
a difference.

what do you mean by activate manually? they normally load after outlook
loads and after it begins downloading mail - so the rules may fail on the
first download.
