rule to clear the category on incoming and outgoing mail

I have a rule which assigns categories to incoming email. (depending on which
account the email is being sent to)

However, when I reply to this email I have another rule which applies a new
category to the email I send. However, the category that was assigned to the
email when it was received it is still there! how can I get rid of it? (in
2007 release they have put the option to clear categories in incoming or
outgoing email. Basically I need the same for outlook 2003)

Thanks
Christos

It is a new feature that will probably not be implemented in Outlook 2003.
One reason you may want to upgrade.

I don’t mind to upgrade but in the new release they have totally changed the
way colored flags are being used. This feature, colored flags, was the reason
that upgraded to outlook 2003!!!
I don’t really understand why they don’t give the option to use flags as in
2003 outlook. A new version should improve and alter the old features rather
than removing them!

Anyway, I can’t do anything about it!

Christos
