I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 on my Win2000 Pro machine.
I am having a major problem with my Rules. I have a rule
created that automatically CC's someone on every email I
send. I've been using this rule for a long time in both
Outlook 2000 and 2002 without a problem. Now, with Outlook
2003, the rule does not work when I am working in Offline
Mode. This was NEVER a problem with the other versions of
Outlook.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is this a bug in Outlook 2003?

Please help!

Thank you.

ROb,

I have the same problem: Rules do not work in offline mode. Why this is
so, is anyone's guess. However, the solution is to use cached mode.
Works very well even on an Exchange 5.5 server and there's really no
drawback to using it.
