rpcnet.exe virus?

Every time​

I reboot my antivirus (Bitdefenderv10) pops up with rpcnet.exe and variation's of it. I have tried to get rid of it with Killbox, Fileassassin, regseeker and A-squared. It wont go away, I can only end the process in the Task Manager. Any ideas would really be appreciated. I am at a loss with this.

Thanks for your replies, I know this file is also used for tracking laptop computers ~ I have a desktop. After Finding a HJT log from someone else who had this rpcnet.exe on his log along with 21 viruses.
