I have just scanned my computer with Norton Antivirus and it has come up with 3 viruses.

Norton can't fix them or quarantine them and I don't know what to do about it.

9 files on my computer are infected by 3 viruses:

Trojan.ByteVerify
Infostealer
Trojan.Jaziex

My computer seems to be running Ok at the moment, but I'd rather get rid of all these virus.

Any ideas/help much appreciated!!

I don't really want to system restore as I have tonnes of work and programs on my PC and it will take me ages to back it up and then put it all back on again.......although I will be doing a back up now anyway.

Your "problem" is, not one of them is a virus, Norton AV is not very good with getting rid of Trojans. ;)

However ...

Thanks. I didn't realize that a Trojan wasn't a Virus.

I've just had a quick look at how to get rid of the Trojan 'Infostealer'........maybe a full system restore will be quicker after all !!
