Routing from internal to external networks

I have a W2K VPN server with 2 nics. One internal
192.168.x.x and then the other to my DMZ 24.222.x.x. My
clients connect to my 192.168.x.x network through DHCP
and they can ping names or IPs on both networks if
the "use default gateway on remote network" is checked on
the client side. They cannot surf the internet in any way
though when connected to my vpn. How do I get them to be
able to surf the internet but still be on the vpn? My e-
mail server is on the DMZ and if that gateway option is
not checked thay cannot get to the mail server at all.
What am I missing?

Thank you in advance...

I have a seperate hardware firewall that does the NAT for
my network. My clients vpn into my internal network, but
cannot use the internet at all. The vpn server only
enables my clients to connect to my network. The article
Q310888 is only valid if my vpn server provides my NAT or
am I missing the point?
