2K RRAS not routing for vpn clients

I have an old w2k RRAS server that is having hardware problems and we're
upgrading it to a new one(still with W2k).
the problem is that the new server isn't routing!, the vpn clients connect,
can ping the server ip but every other ip in the internal network doesn't
works.
the VPN server is configured EXACTLY the same screen by screen, same ip,
same static routes, same remote pool.
the ip pool for clients use the same ip as the internal network.

the rras server has only one NIC with only one IP 192.168.1.150 subnet
255.255.254.0
there is a internal gateway in the 192.168.0.252 i can't remember correctly.
i've tried putting a .0.x ip or .1 to no avail.
i checked the client's routes and they all seem ok.

any ideas if i need a patch or something?

Posting the results of ipconfig /all and routing table in RRAS server may help.
