How to Connect to my office over internet

Office Setup : Win2003
Configuration - Web, FTP, Routing,NAT, VPN

NIC 1 - ISP
My ISP using DCHP for their subsribers
IP Address -192.168.x.x
Subnet Mask - 255.255.x.0
Gateway - 192.168.x.x
DHCP- 192.168.x.x
DNS 1 - 203.x.x.x
203.x.x.x
203.x.x.x

NIC 2 - Local
IP Address - 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
Gateway Blank
DNS - 192.168.0.1

It's works fine..
I try in one workstation to create VPN connection ,browse our private Web,
FTP, Browse Web ... it's okey.

Our problem is how can we connect to our office to access our files using ftp,
browse our own site so that we can see our schedules and others.... over the
internet.

what IP adresss should we use to connect to our office..
ftp://192.168.x.x or 203.x.x.x
http:// 192.168.x.x or 203.x.x.x
VPN - 192.168.x.x or 203.x.x.x

Please help.

since you have NAT, VPN client should be assigned LAN IP, 192.168.0.x and access FTP using 192.168.0.1 or name.
