Routing and remote access needed?

I have a W2K server with SP4 in which the remote access and routing service
is started. I am not sure when or where this service got started, but it is
running on my only DC, which is also my DHCP server. I also have one terminal
server running W2K w/SP4. Do I need to have this service running? I only have
local users and two users accessing us through TS. Any input appreciated.
Thanks!

Ii would not run RRAS in this case.
