Router Table, but can't ping

My XP desktop shows up in my Router table, yet I cannot ping in or out
of this PC. I tried disabling the firewall but still no luck. Oddly,
the two stations that cannot ping each other, both are able to ping
other network devices such as network printers and a Samba server. Any
ideas?

Posting the results of both ipconfig /all here may help.

I've looked at other results of ipconfig /all and I can't see what's
wrong here. My W2000 laptop cannot ping the XP desktop and vice-versa.
Similarly, a W98 laptop cannot ping the XP desktop and vice-versa.
The W98 and W2000 laptops can ping each other. NetBIOS is enabled over
TCP/IP on all of the machines. Also, all machines are having no
problem printing to a network printer and accessing a Samba server.
