no ping out/ping in

3 pc's on the LAN

2 can see all 3 pc's in workgroup but cannot access #3

all have same credentials /users/passwords/shares etc

#3 gets IP address off router 10.1.1.4

2 pc's can ping #3 but #3 cannot ping other 2

no firewalls

no norton or problematic AV.

when I try \\pc name i get "cannot find network path"

Is NetBT set consistently?

Diagnose the problem using logs from "browstat status", "ipconfig /all", "net
config server", and "net config workstation", from each computer. Read this
article, and linked articles, and follow instructions precisely (download
browstat!):

Can you ping #3 by IP? Make sure the NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled. Or this troubleshooting may help,

Network errors"computername is not accessible. No permission to access the resources" ... "Not accessible. You may not have permission to use this network resource" ...

I can ping #3 by name or IP from #2 or #1.

I can also see all these pc's in network neighb. But from #3 I cannot ping
other pc's in the workgroup.
