Router: From outside Unable to access resources on assigned ports

Unable to connect to my machines from outside when connected via 2
routers.
I'm unable to use any IIS (FTP/HTTP) and Remote desktop to my
computer.
All machines in network can access each other's resources and external
resources

1. Phone line/DSL Line connects to,

2. Wired Router (10.0.0.2) connects to (via a wire),

3. Wireless Linksys cable router (192.168.1.1), connected to,

4. PC1: Wireless IP 192.168.1.100
PC2: Wireless IP 192.168.1.101
PC3: Wireless IP 192.168.1.102

Goal: To able to connect from external remote site to my home LAN and
use the IIS/WWW/FTP/Remote desktop function.
All machines can see each other and ping ok. I assigned ports to the
required machines from one router, then disabled ports on that router,
then enabled ports on Linksys router again. Failed to connect from
external to my LAN.
Two routers connected via a wire.

Is there any way I can make the cable router to be a WAP only so that
the wired router gives out IP's ?

Any suggestions ?

You have two layers of NAT, which makes things difficult.

For instance, to get web access to PC1 from the outside world, you will need
to set up port-forwards for TCP port 80 in both routers.

In router (2) you will need to forward port 80 to the Linksys (you don't say
what its WAN-side IP address is, you will need to find out).

In router (3) you will need to forward port 80 to the required local PC.

Then from the outside world, you would make an HTTP call to the WAN address
of router (2), which again you have not specified, but you will have to find
out.
