Roaming Profiles

Anyone know a simple Email client which will support IMAP and unlike Outlook
and Outlook express is quite happy to use Roaming Profiles and network
drives.
Microsoft Exchange is far too expensive and complex for our needs

Why not use sendmail on Linux with SquirrelMail?
They are free and easy to setup/administer
