Im running a network of about 20 computers off an NT server all running 2000.
For some strange reason one of the girls cant access her roaming profile
properly, she has trouble loggin on and off. also her versions of word and
outlook keep crashing.

Event log errors from the client (userenv) give you any clues?
What SP on the client?
What permissions does the user have to the profile folder? She needs full
control.
