Roaming Profiles and Disk Quota Problems

We are using Roaming Profiles with Disk Quota enabled on
the profile server. The Disk Quota is set to 40 MB Max
and it prohibits any further writing. On many users they
Get an error message talking about how the profile can not
be written due to lack of space. When we look at the
profile on the server, however, it is under the 40 MB
limit. Even when we right click on my computer, user
profiles it is under the limit. This makes sense because
the files couldn't be copied due to the size. The only
time it is larger than the limit is when we check the
actual Profile on the users computer. In a hidden folder
called Local Settings the are the temp files which are
very large. At first I thought this was the prblem but
then i realized that temp files do not follow Roaming
Profiles. What could be causing this error? What takes
up all the room? What is the recommended quota for for
Roaming Profiles?

Any help would be appreciated.
